HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?

To return an item to us you can go to the contact us page and fill out the returns form and we will assist you that way.


HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN PARCEL?

Once we've processed your return/exchange/refund, you will receive a email. Please allow us up to 14 days to process this. 


MY ITEM IS FAULTY, WHAT DO I DO?

All information for returning faulty products can be found in the following ‘RETURNS POLICY’ section.


CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM FOR A NEW SIZE?

If your item does not fit, you can easily have this exchanged by following our returns policy.


CAN I MAKE CHANGES / CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we cannot make changes to an order once it has been placed. If you would like to make any changes to your order, we recommend making a new order and returning the previous order once you receive it following our returns policy.

We pick and package our customers orders quickly, therefore cancelling your order is something we cannot do. We advise you return the products to us once received as stated above by following our returns policy and filling out the returns form and we will process your refund once your order has been returned to us.


CAN I PLACE AN ORDER BY TELEPHONE?

 

All orders must be placed via the website through our secure payment process. If you are having any difficulty placing an order, email us at aiviloclothing@yahoo.com and we will help you with processing your order.


CAN I ADD A DISCOUNT CODE AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to your order or refund you any fees if you forgot to add your discount code. Please make sure you add the discount code to your next order bearing in mind it may hold an expiry date.


WHAT IS MY ORDER NUMBER?

 

You can find your order number within the confirmation email received at the time of placing your order.
